Andrew Corcoran Talks to High School Students
On Thursday Mr. Corcoran returned to campus to speak to the high school students about scholarship opportunities from the Corcoran Fund to Promote Economic Literacy. The fund is supporting an essay contest on Income/Wealth Inequality for AST students who have taken Economics. All students who participate will receive certificates and finalists will receive scholarships ranging from $100 USD to $400 USD. The larger scholarships are for participation in conferences.
The fund is also providing scholarships of $100 USD for students who participate in THIMUN (The Hague) in January.
More information on the essay contest and THIMUN (The Hague) are available from the director office.
